Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — $6.99 for orders under $50
- Free Shipping — on all orders $50 and over
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time.
Lost or Damaged Packages Natures Wonderers is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at natureswonderersshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll do our best to make it right.
